Name: Maya
ID: 41421395
Breed: Catahoula Leopard dog / Mix
Gender: Spayed Female
Age: 3 years 5 months
Size: Large
Location: McKinney
ABOUT ME: Hi there, I'm Maya! I'm a wiggly, playful pup ready to make new friends! I weigh in at long and tall 50 pounds.

LIKES: Playing fetch- throw the ball far and I promise to bring it back to ya! I also love going for walks and even enjoy being a jogging buddy!

SPECIAL SKILLS: Sit, stay, come. I'm good in the car and at the vet. I am house trained and I can use a doggie door.

KIDS: I previously lived with kids and did great! I do jump a bit so keep in mind that might be overwhelming for the littlest ones.

DOGS: I am friendly to other dogs on walks, however I would like to be the only dog in the home and I'm not into dog parks - I don't like to share my stuff and get pretty upset when other pups try to take stuff that is MINE (or that I think is mine)! But hey, I'm all the dog you need!

Please fill out an inquiry form if you'd like to meet me!

The SPCA of Texas completes rigorous medical and behavioral testing on every animal in our care. The organization fully discloses all known medical and/or behavioral conditions, including any incidents of biting or violent behavior toward a human, to all adopters and fosters. Despite the rigorous testing our veterinary and behavioral professionals conduct throughout every animal’s stay in our facilities, other new and/or unknown medical and/or behavioral conditions may manifest in any animal at any time. By adopting or fostering an animal from the SPCA of Texas, adopters and fosters acknowledge at the time of adoption or fostering that they may receive an animal with an undetected medical and/or behavioral condition and/or that a new medical and/or behavioral condition may appear at any time in the future. Any pet adopted from the SPCA of Texas can be returned to us at any time for any reason at no cost.
