Breed: Retriever / Mix
Gender: Neutered Male
Age: 10 years 4 months

ABOUT ME: Hi, I'm Steven! I am an ABSOLUTE gentleman in his senior years. I am incredibly polite and will extend my paw in friendship. My friends say I'm quite a smart lad - my foster parent says I know sit, stay, come, and I'm house and leash trained too! I think I'd be the most paw-fect addition to any family.

FOSTER TESTIMONIAL "He is very attentive and enjoys being with his people. Listens very well and is excellent on walks. He is ready to go anywhere, and is a great traveler."

DOGS/CATS: I'm getting along well with the cats and both big and small dogs in my foster home.

KIDS: I've done great around the kiddos I've met!

The SPCA of Texas completes rigorous medical and behavioral testing on every animal in our care. The organization fully discloses all known medical and/or behavioral conditions, including any incidents of biting or violent behavior toward a human, to all adopters and fosters. Despite the rigorous testing our veterinary and behavioral professionals conduct throughout every animal’s stay in our facilities, other new and/or unknown medical and/or behavioral conditions may manifest in any animal at any time. By adopting or fostering an animal from the SPCA of Texas, adopters and fosters acknowledge at the time of adoption or fostering that they may receive an animal with an undetected medical and/or behavioral condition and/or that a new medical and/or behavioral condition may appear at any time in the future. Any pet adopted from the SPCA of Texas can be returned to us at any time for any reason at no cost.
