Breed: Mixed Breed, Large (over 44 lbs fully grown) / Mix
Gender: Neutered Male
Age: 8 years 2 months
Size: Large
Location: Foster
ABOUT ME: I'm a pretty sweet guy once I get comfortable! My favorite thing is to play with other dogs, maybe a little too much, and nuzzle you for pets. Once I get to know you I become a completely different dog and show how confident I can truly be!

DREAM HOME: I will need a house with a securely fenced-in yard where I can keep working on my leash confidence. I also want to meet everyone in the household before coming home.

DOGS: Yes please! I will require another friendly dog in the home to serve as my companion and role model.

KIDS: The little kids may be too much for me. 12+ please!

FOSTER TESTIMONIAL: "He is an athletic dog and loves to play outside! He jumps fences and would be a great agility dog. Didn't bark at doorbell. His tail and butt wiggle in excitement to see me each morning and would come and sniff nose to nose with me."

SPECIAL NOTE: You get to take me on a test drive through a trial adoption!

APPOINTMENT NOTICE: I am in a foster home so please complete an online application if you'd like to meet me!

The SPCA of Texas completes rigorous medical and behavioral testing on every animal in our care. The organization fully discloses all known medical and/or behavioral conditions, including any incidents of biting or violent behavior toward a human, to all adopters and fosters. Despite the rigorous testing our veterinary and behavioral professionals conduct throughout every animal’s stay in our facilities, other new and/or unknown medical and/or behavioral conditions may manifest in any animal at any time. By adopting or fostering an animal from the SPCA of Texas, adopters and fosters acknowledge at the time of adoption or fostering that they may receive an animal with an undetected medical and/or behavioral condition and/or that a new medical and/or behavioral condition may appear at any time in the future. Any pet adopted from the SPCA of Texas can be returned to us at any time for any reason at no cost.
