ABOUT ME: I was rescued as a young pup with three of my best doggy buddies (everyone I meet is my best buddy) by Dallas PD when we were found in a vehicle. I was sooooo skinny and sick, it was a lot to deal with in my short little puppy life. But they brought me to the SPCA of Texas where I made even more best buddies and they helped me get better. I'm now ready for my forever home! I'm an energetic and friendly guy and love to run zoomies in the yard, play with toys, and snuggle! I've spent some time in a foster home and learned how to use a crate and showed off my Sit skills! My rough start as a puppy meant that I've struggled with my manners at times, but staff has worked really hard on teaching me how to settle and be polite. I've made a big improvements, but my family will need to be committed to continuing training and providing me with a lot of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation to help keep me on track.

HOME NEEDS: I need a home with a securely fenced yard where I can zoom, zoom, zoom!

KIDS: Adults Only, please! Kids get me too excited. I need grown ups who are calm and confident to help guide my good behavior.

DOGS: Right on! I LOVE playing with other dogs, but don't get boundaries. Other dogs in the home would need to be young, energetic, and enjoy a rough and rowdy playstyle like me. You'll need to bring any dogs in the home to meet me to make sure we're a good fit!

The SPCA of Texas completes rigorous medical and behavioral testing on every animal in our care. The organization fully discloses all known medical and/or behavioral conditions, including any incidents of biting or violent behavior toward a human, to all adopters and fosters. Despite the rigorous testing our veterinary and behavioral professionals conduct throughout every animal’s stay in our facilities, other new and/or unknown medical and/or behavioral conditions may manifest in any animal at any time. By adopting or fostering an animal from the SPCA of Texas, adopters and fosters acknowledge at the time of adoption or fostering that they may receive an animal with an undetected medical and/or behavioral condition and/or that a new medical and/or behavioral condition may appear at any time in the future.
