Prince Buddy
No Small Kids
Name: Prince Buddy
ID: 45135682
Breed: Retriever / Mix
Gender: Neutered Male
Age: 4 years 9 months
Size: Medium
Location: Foster
ABOUT ME: The name is Prince Buddy, but my friends call me PB! I'm a little bit shy, especially around new people, but I'm very curious about that treat you have right gonna share? I love treats, they are the quickest way to my heart. My foster parent also says I love nature walks and hanging out on the couch - I'm the paw-fect buddy!

PERSONALITY: Around new people, I'm a rather shy boy, but with my friends, I am social, friendly, playful, and quite silly. Once I'm comfortable around you, I like lots of attention and sometimes still act like a puppy! I like to learn and would love to have a human who doesn't mind teaching me what they want me to do.

FOSTER TESTIMONIAL: "Princeton is such a gentle soul sprinkled with a curiosity which makes him an absolute angel."

SPECIAL SKILLS: I know sit, fetch, shake, wait, come, and down.

LIKES: Toys! I like squeaky toys and stuffies a lot. Also, cheek, chin, and head scratches

DREAM HOME: Since I can be fearful of new people I will need a home with a securely fenced-in backyard!

KIDS: No thank you! I'm looking for an adults-only household

I'M AN ARTIST: I've painted a picture for my future adopter. Look at my third picture to see what I painted!

The SPCA of Texas completes rigorous medical and behavioral testing on every animal in our care. The organization fully discloses all known medical and/or behavioral conditions, including any incidents of biting or violent behavior toward a human, to all adopters and fosters. Despite the rigorous testing our veterinary and behavioral professionals conduct throughout every animal’s stay in our facilities, other new and/or unknown medical and/or behavioral conditions may manifest in any animal at any time. By adopting or fostering an animal from the SPCA of Texas, adopters and fosters acknowledge at the time of adoption or fostering that they may receive an animal with an undetected medical and/or behavioral condition and/or that a new medical and/or behavioral condition may appear at any time in the future. Any pet adopted from the SPCA of Texas can be returned to us at any time for any reason at no cost.
