About Me: My name is Peppy, and I am a cute wiggly guy of about 50 pounds who came from a cruelty case last year. However, I am ready to find my fur-ever home and look forward to a brighter future! I can be a bit timid at first, but once I warm up to you you'll see my silly side! My foster mom says I am SUPER smart - she said I am both crate and housetrained. A few of my favorite things include belly rubs, treats, and playing with my furry foster siblings. Please bring the whole family to meet me!

Kids: They're cute, but no kids under 12 for me please.

Dogs: I love them! I actually require another furry companion in the home to help show me the ropes!

Dream Home: I'd love a quiet, comfy home and will require a securely fenced-in yard to run around in - my foster mom says I look like a cute little reindeer prancing through the air when I run!

The SPCA of Texas completes rigorous medical and behavioral testing on every animal in our care. The organization fully discloses all known medical and/or behavioral conditions, including any incidents of biting or violent behavior toward a human, to all adopters and fosters. Despite the rigorous testing our veterinary and behavioral professionals conduct throughout every animal’s stay in our facilities, other new and/or unknown medical and/or behavioral conditions may manifest in any animal at any time. By adopting or fostering an animal from the SPCA of Texas, adopters and fosters acknowledge at the time of adoption or fostering that they may receive an animal with an undetected medical and/or behavioral condition and/or that a new medical and/or behavioral condition may appear at any time in the future. Any pet adopted from the SPCA of Texas can be returned to us at any time for any reason at no cost.
