ABOUT ME: Why hello there! I'm Cupcake, but my foster calls me Mousie. I'm a petite little cat weighing in at 5lbs- I'll be your forever kitten! I came to the SPCA of Texas through a cruelty case in November of last year, and I have to say that I'm loving the foster life.

PERSONALITY: I'm a lovable, cuddly lady with a tiny little baby voice! As much as I love being around you, I can also entertain myself if you give me lots of toys!

LIKES: I LOVE CAT TV! My foster says that I can sit in front of the screen for hours. I'll jump on the screen to ‘catch' the little critters on the screen. I also just LOVE my toys- springy toys, feather toys, balls- whatever it is, I will chase and pounce on it!

MY ADOPTER: Will show me they love me by spending time playing with me! I'm happiest with a family that can shower me with love and attention.

MEDICAL: I am deaf. My foster says, "Love is deaf" and I think that's true. You can't just tell me you love me, you gotta show me! I'll reward you with snuggles and little kitty chirps.

The SPCA of Texas completes rigorous medical and behavioral testing on every animal in our care. The organization fully discloses all known medical and/or behavioral conditions, including any incidents of biting or violent behavior toward a human, to all adopters and fosters. Despite the rigorous testing our veterinary and behavioral professionals conduct throughout every animal’s stay in our facilities, other new and/or unknown medical and/or behavioral conditions may manifest in any animal at any time. By adopting or fostering an animal from the SPCA of Texas, adopters and fosters acknowledge at the time of adoption or fostering that they may receive an animal with an undetected medical and/or behavioral condition and/or that a new medical and/or behavioral condition may appear at any time in the future. Any pet adopted from the SPCA of Texas can be returned to us at any time for any reason at no cost.
