Hello! I'm Marta, a female, 7 year old shepherd weighing about 75 lbs. I was recently brought in as a stray so the staff doesn't know too much about my history. I'm a little nervous at first, but with a few treats we'll be best buddies! I would love an active new family.

Foster Testimony: "Marta is very sweet, sensitive and smart. She learned how to shake in no time at all. She loves her pets and scratches. She is very sympathetic and sensitive to how you are feeling, she knows exactly when you need some extra comfort and love. .. "Marta, is very good at communicating what she needs, whether it's to go outside, if she's happy, tired, uncomfortable, etc..., or if she wants treats or scratches. She loves her treats, she is getting very spoiled. She can get a little excited and will jump on people occasionally. She is a little clumsy as well, which is very cute."

Dogs: I've met a few pups at the shelter and did great! I was calm and gentle, so I think I'd probably make a great sibling.

Special Skills: I know sit, shake, and walk well on leash! I learn new tricks quickly and am well mannered.
